my first book review... please enjoy it....
first, let us give credit to my roommate because she is the one who lend me this book... before this, i only heard about this book and the movies (adaptation from the book)... as i can recalled, Jane Austen was one of the famous English authors and the novel had become one of the most famous books in English literature... well, her writing showed it all... it was matured and the sentences were beautifully crafted and bombastic.. some words just too difficult for me and it took me some time to digest it... i'm an amateur... it crushed my pride knowing the truth that i can never be in par with her...

| character map of this story |
Lizzy met Mr Darcy in a ball and quickly adressed him as a rich and arrogant man... this prejudice led her to believe any awful stories about him... hatred bloomed as well as love... conflicts surfaced when Lizzy believed that Mr Darcy was trying to separate her sister with Mr Bingley...
when Mr Darcy confessed his love towards Lizzy, it was unbearable and Lizzy can't take it anymore... she spitted all out... Mr Darcy, upon hearing this, turned red due to humiliation and anger... he stormed off the house..
at that moment, Lizzy finally realised that she was totally wrong about her feeling toward Mr Darcy... she cried and cried... the next morning, the disheveled Mr Darcy came to her with a letter explaining everything...
Lizzy was embarassed with herself and thought she was stupid to jump into an early conclusion about Mr Darcy... when she met again with him, he was totally different... he even helped her with her problem...in my opinion, he take everything she said to him into account and changed himself.. it is unbelievable to see a man like him to change drastically... LOVE, conquer all...
this time, she accepted him... adorable isn't it??? a storyline doesn't have to be heavy and complicated cause it might clouded the story.. as long as we have the main idea, even a simplest story can be interesting.... as for me, the storyline is strong enough to uphold the idea... usually i preferred a heavy, twisted and complicated storyline... it is more interesting, i always say... this time, i was dumbfounded with myself as this story satisfied me.. overall, daebak!!!!
