DAY 2 YOUR FAVOURITE MOVIE

hullo...

today, the topic is my favourite movie... i decided to pick Kaiji... Why??? because my favourite actors were in it... tatsuya fujiwara and matsuyama ken'ichi...

the movie is about the art of gambling. it is actually an adaptation from japanese manga series written by Nobuyuki Fukumoto. it is about kaiji ito, who is in huge debt... in a desperation, someone came and offered him a solution... he was asked to aboard a cruise, named Espoir and gambled in order to pay off his debt...

but little did he know that, the gambling organisation is not helping them, but bringing more misery... he had to gamble with other players which were as desperate as he is... he almost won, but he failed because of his kindness (i called it as stupid..) the losers were force to work with them, doing labour works... and thanks to his wittiness, he was able to escape...

it was all about luck when it comes to gamble

but then, he was cheated again to participate in the same horrible game for the second time... this time, it involves the matter of life and death... after struggling for quite a time, he succeeded with a help of a friend... and bla... bla... bla... u get the idea... u have to watch it in order to know the ending..


what intrigued me is the idea of this movie..
they always mentioned about lucky if it involves gamble... but in my view, lucky did play a role but... it is all about trickery... it is all about probabilities... it also involves the art to read people's mind and behaviour... if u understands his or her behaviour, u can know what he or she was thinking, what card he or thev were holding and predict the next moves... there is no such thing as the art of gamble... but the ability to think and be able to calm and composed in a desperate moment...

next, the humanity dissolved when in a state of desperation... people became selfish and willing to do anything to escape from problem and it become worse when it involved money... but in the end, people will value who value them... people will trust who trust them.. people will help who help them... even if it means taking their owns life...
